Terms of Use, Waiver, and Facility Rules (Canada)

By booking or using a Clubhouse 24/7 Golf simulator, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that using a golf simulator facility involves inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether arising from my actions or the actions of others, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as prohibited by law.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, I release and waive any claims against Clubhouse 24/7 Golf, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my use of the facility or equipment.

This release does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.

3. Limitation of Liability

Clubhouse 24/7 Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the facility, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clubhouse 24/7 Golf and its representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from my conduct, misuse of the facility, or breach of these terms.

5. Eligibility and Booking Responsibility

  • The booking customer must be 18 years of age or older.

  • The booking customer must be present at all times during the booking.

  • The booking customer is responsible for all participants and their conduct.

6. Facility Rules and Conduct

  • Alcohol is not permitted at any Clubhouse 24/7 Golf location.

  • All posted house rules and on-site instructions must be followed.

  • The facility must be left in the same condition it was found.

7. Damage, Cleaning, and Charges

  • Any damage caused by the booking customer or their group will be charged to the payment method on file.

  • Cleaning fees apply if the space is left unusable for the next booking.

    • Standard bay reset fee: $30

  • Equipment damaged due to improper use will be charged at full replacement or repair cost.

By booking, you authorize Clubhouse 24/7 Golf to apply such charges where reasonably documented.

8. Reporting Issues

Any issues or damage must be reported promptly to booking@clubhouse247golf.com.

9. Enforcement and Future Access

Failure to comply with these terms or house rules may result in charges, immediate removal from the facility, or restriction of future bookings.
